At RA Cosmetics, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our natural beauty products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@racosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are at least 75% full and all seals are securely tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Await Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
